: Pieces Through Time, provided by TWU’s School of the Arts, Media +Culture and Langley Neighborhood Music School, takes place Sunday, Feb. 4, and features Nancy DiNovo on violin, Richard Mingus on horn, and Monica Pfau on piano.The program consists of Sutherland’s solo
